Return Policy
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or issue a refund.
Eligibility Conditions
- Item new, unused, and unworn.

Original packaging and complete accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Items Not Accepted for Return
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care products.
- Liquids, aerosols, flammable materials or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Digital downloads (software, digital content).
- Personalized items.
Refunds & Gift Vouchers
After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved:
- We issue a refund in the form of a gift voucher for an amount equivalent to the price paid (excluding shipping costs).
- The gift voucher is valid site-wide.
Important: Refunds are not made to the original payment method, unless there was an error on our part.
Sale or Promotional Items
Items on sale or promotion are not refundable to the original payment method and are not exchangeable. Returns are still possible to obtain a gift voucher of the corresponding value.
Exchanges (defective or damaged item)
We only replace items that have a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt. Contact us before sending anything: contact@akna-beauty.com
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift voucher of equivalent value will be issued in the recipient's name once the return is validated.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
- For any item valued at > 75 €, we recommend a tracked or insured shipment.
Processing Times
After validation, the issuance of the gift voucher generally occurs within a few business days. If you have not received anything after a reasonable time, please write to us at contact@akna-beauty.com.
